Barry Poche Chaplain and Administrator: In the past eight years that I have served as a chaplain in the workplace I have had the opportunity to be able to help employees go through crisis in their lives, from the loss of a loved one, divorce, or the mother being met at the workplace and being told that her son had been killed in Iraq. It is during those times that I was glad that the companies I served had elected to have a chaplain in place. Most Human Resource managers do not have the ability or the time to help these employees get through difficult situations,even though they do care deeply for their employees. Work Force Inc. will not only be there in the time of a crisis but also be there on a weekly basis to visit and to help build the bridges between the employer and the employees. The one thing that sets Work Force Inc. apart from other EAP’s is that we are in the work place meeting people face to face, building relationships and building that trust.
